Great White Miniatures will be supporting two worthy causes over the next few months by providing prizes. These are Foodhammer held in British Columbia, Canada, and Teamhammer40k held in Mansfield Woodhouse in Notts, UK.

Personal note: 

I attended Foodhammer for its first 2 years and had a great time, I still have the favourite opponent tags to prove it! I like to support this event as it's run by members of my former gaming club, and of course it's all for a good cause too, the Langley Food Bank!

Teamhammer40k is a tournament I first ran in 2012 when I lived in BC, and therefore is possibly the only tournament to have actually migrated between countries for subsequent events. For personal reasons I've supported palliative care with these events, last time it was the Victoria Hospice and now Macmillan Cancer Support.

The webstore opens, Abrogator in pictures and Slaxta guns

Postage rates and webstore

Just to say I've finalised the shipping rates as follows and we'll have a webstore after the weekend - it's all up and running I simply need to get photos and descriptive text uploaded.

The shipping rates are flat rates so you pay the following no matter how many you order:

UK £3.50
Europe £5.50
Rest of World £7.50

The castings arrived yesterday! Just finalising the postage rates for international customers and then we'll be selling them.

Slaxta Master Photos

I've managed to get some photos of the master as promised. The photo with the 3 weapon options didn't come out well so I've left it out for now, but there are a heavy cannon barrel, twin machine gun barrels and a flame-thrower one.

I plan to get this prepared for casting shortly, and sent off as soon as I've received the Abrogator and got that onto our webstore.

Second kit!

While we wait for the Abrogators, I'm pleased to announce our second project, the Slaxta infantry fighting vehicle conversion kit. This has also been mastered by Tom Crask, and you can see work in progress photos of it on his blog:
